Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Each form can be used to register up to two people: the event participant and a passenger. Each participant who is not a passenger must be registered separately. The information provided is essential for insurance purposes and reservation arrangements. Data will be verified at the event office during check-in. The person submitting the form is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Before submitting, please double-check the email address and phone number entered (they enable us to contact you in case of email issues). Errors in the email address prevent us from sending a participation confirmation along with the bank account details for payment. Payments are accepted in Polish zlotys [PLN]. For those interested, we also provide a secondary account number for payments in euros [EUR].

When making a payment to the euro-denominated account, please consider currency conversion and any associated bank fees. Participants will be added to the participant list only after payment is received. We respond to submissions within 24 hours. Responses are not sent automatically, so we kindly ask for your patience.

The Message field is for you, dear participants! This is the place where you can mention, for example, who you would like to share a room or cabin with. You can also use this space to provide any other registration-related information. Your requests will be accommodated as much as possible. Priority for accommodation preferences is given based on the order in which registrations are received.

1. We allow up to 5 business days for payment after receiving the registration confirmation, but no later than 3 days before the event date for non-accommodation events or 14 days for events with accommodation. After the deadline (6 days), unpaid registrations will be canceled, freeing up spots for other participants.

2. In case of withdrawal from the rally, payments are non-refundable.

3. While we will make every effort, we cannot guarantee the availability of requested T-shirt sizes for registrations submitted within 21 days of the event (due to production and ordering timelines).

4. It is possible to resell your spot if you are unable to participate in the rally. In such cases, you must inform us and provide all required details about the new participant. A marketplace for reselling rally spots is available free of charge on our website.

5. If you wish to use a voucher, please let us know in the Message field of the registration form. Be sure to specify the amount to be applied.
